Club Safeguarding & Club Safeguarding Officer

All affiliated clubs must have an appointed ” Club Safeguarding Officer” (CSO).

Farnham’s CSO is: Sarah Gudgin

She can be contacted at safeguarding@farnhamcc.co.uk

The CSO’s main role is to ensure that all coaches and any other volunteers that come into regular contact with the children have been appropriately vetted via the DBS procedure ( formally known as CRB checks). They are also the main link between the Club and the ECB &/or Surrey CC and pass down any relevant safeguarding guidance & policies ; such as providing a safe environment , changing & travel policies etc.
See our information section of this site or visit Surrey Cricket Board or ECB (English Cricket Board) for more details.

If you should have a serious concern that you wish to talk to someone outside of the club then you may contact the Surrey CC CSO at safeguarding@surreycricket.com.
