A celebration / memorial services for Toni will be held at St Peter's Church Wrecclesham on Friday 30 September 2022 at 2.30pm. A wake will follow at The Bush Hotel in Farnham afterwards.

Toni was a dedicated supporter, scorer and volunteer for over 40 years. Her 3 sons, Ian, Alan and Graham, all represented the club with Ian and Alan both former first team captains. Her grandson, Nathan, is a current member of our first team squad. She is survived by her husband Geoff, a former Chairman of the club.

Toni was a dedicated scorer for the 1st and 2nd team for many a decade, only hanging up her pens in the last couple of years. She will be remembered fondly by those who played during this time for her support, knowledge and commitment to passing down the traditions of the club, including ensuring all members “lapped” the ground in the appropriate anticlockwise manner.

Toni’s contribution to the club went well beyond scoring. Amongst other things, she was instrumental in the running of the bar and organising of fundraising events.

The thoughts of the whole FCC community go out to the Thorpe family at this difficult time.
