Teamer is an online team management system created and designed to take the hassle out of managing sports team.
The club have been using Teamer successfully for a couple of seasons and we actively encourage parents to download the Teamer App to their Smartphone (it is available for both iPhone & Android). This avoids parents having to chase Team managers for clarification on matches etc, as everything is listed on the App itself.
For new parents you will need to be invited to your Team on Teamer by your manager.

Match fixtures we be added to Teamer by your team manager as and when these have been confirmed, to enable parents to plan their summer activities / diaries around games. It is also possible to sync your Teamer Calendar with your SmartPhone diary, which creates an ‘active’ link and will enable you to see when matches have been scheduled or re-scheduled, although this doesn’t mean that your child has necessarily need selected for each particular match.
Teamer also has a great facility where you can set in the Team Calendar when your child is un-available to play. This not only saves the manager time, it also avoids us troubling you unnecessarily by inviting your child to matches that they are unavailable to play, perhaps because they’re away or have a party etc. (See Instructions below how to do this)
We will use Teamer to notify parents of cancellations – if you’re set up via Teamer with a Mobile Number and Email, you will receive additional notifications.
We therefore encourage parents to upload their mobile and e-mail address so they are instantly notified via SMS and Email.
We don’t always use Teamer to advise when Training is on – However when we’ve had a lot of rain managers may send out a Teamer invite to All Players inviting them to Training so that you all know that Training it’s going ahead. Please ignore these invitations if your child has been invited to a match.
Uploading of photos to the Teamer Profile is encouraged as it makes identification of the boys by coaches and managers that much easier.
Maximise your child's match play
Use Teamer's Calendar to tell us when your child is unavailable.
Running a Youth Cricket Team is extremely time consuming and we need parents support to respond quickly to Teamer Invites.
To ensure your child gets the maximum match play you must react quickly to Teamer Invites, as Team manager don’t have the time to chase parents separately, and will decline your Child if we don’t receive an acceptance within a reasonable short period.
Note – Once your child has been Declined by the team manager we ask all parents not to try to re-accept, as the Teamer App will have already invited a replacement player to the game, and we end up with too many players.
As mentioned above you can tell us via Teamer, when your child is unable to play by marking specific dates in the Teamer Calendar, our managers can use this information when selecting teams.
You can find the Calendar by selecting “Events” on the top Teamer menu bar. If you then select the ‘month view’ and then double click mouse on the specific date your child is unable to play, and enter the reason for unavailability
