PLEASE NOTE - Due to a variety of reasons, the club will be examining all of its options for the supply of kit from the 2019 onwards, so it is entirely possible that we may have a different kit design and supplier after the forthcoming 2018 season. We wanted to be upfront and transparent with all parents looking to buy new whites for the coming 2018 season. If you're happy to purchase Surridge Kit for just the 2018 season then please feel free to do so, but please note that if you purchase Surridge whites that this kit will only be valid for the 2018 season. If you'd prefer to wait to purchase thew new kit in 2019, then the club will be happy for your child to play in 'plain' cricket whites, and the normal white trainers or white cricket spikes.

In terms of other equipment,  it is important that your child has the correct size of bat and protective equipment. To ensure your child has adequate protection, it is important to get professional advice and fitting.

The club has had a long association with Berkeley Sports in Upper Hale, and the staff at this shop are well trained to give you the proper advice and fitting for your child. Patrick who works there is a qualified coach and is a former President of the club. In addition, Berkeley Sports sponsor the Two Counties Youth Leagues and our club, so where possible we encourage parents to support this local independent business.

Note – It is not mandatory to wear full club kit for matches but as a minimum, we do request all players to wear a ‘Club Shirt’ and Farnham Cricket Club ‘Black Cap’.

Spikes – We recommend that all boys who bowl in the Black Cap squads have a set of spikes for safety. Spiked trainers can be purchased online for juniors (size 2 upwards) from about £20.
